Burrito Wrap with Quinoa & Black Beans

Burrito Wrap that packs a punch of healthy stuff!

In a small pot, add the following and bring to a boil and then let simmer for approx 15min:

3/4 cup of Tri-colour Quinoa
1 1/2 cups of water

In large frying pan, add the following and cook until browned:

1 teaspoon of Coconut Oil
Ground Beef (you can substitute it with ground chicken or turkey)

Once browned, add:

1 Can – 540ml Black Beans (drain & rinse for adding)
1 Package of Burrito Mix and follow the package directions 

Once everything is cooked and ready, make your Tasty Burrito Wrap and don’t forget to add:

Gradated Cheese
Salsa 

Wrap and Enjoy!
