1 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt (substitute – Vanilla or Coconut Yogurt)
3/4 Cup Frozen Pomegranate
1 Handful of dry roasted Almonds
1 Scoop Whey Protein (Vanilla)

Add Water to mixture to top off.
