This Strawberry Kiwi Banana Protein Smoothie is Awesome!
4 Tablespoons Coconut Yogurt
3/4 cup of Mixed Fruit (Strawberries, Banana, Kiwi)
1/2 handful of dry roasted Almonds
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground Flax Seed
1 Scoop Whey Protein (Vanilla)
Add Water to mixture to top off.
Blend & Enjoy!
