One of my favourite type of Hot Winter Meals after a day of outdoor winter activities…. Chili !
Here is a FREE recipe for a healthy Ground Turkey Chili
1lb Ground Turkey
1 Can Kidney Beans (Drain liquid before adding)
1 Can Corn Kernels
2 Cans Diced Tomatos
4 Diced Garlic Cloves
1 Medium Onion
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- Fry up the Ground Turkey with the Diced Onion & Garlic Cloves in a frying pan.
- Add all other ingredients to a pot and let simmer.
- Once the ground turkey, onion & garlic is cooked, add it to the pot of simmering ingredients and allow it to continue to simmer for a couple more hours.
