Very Berry!

1/2 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
2/3 teaspoon Turmeric
3/4 teaspoon Ground Flax Seed
10 Dry Roasted Almonds (basically a handful)
1/2 Avocado (fresh or frozen)
1 Scoop Isolate Whey Protein (Vanilla)
3-4 Cups of water to fill
